Our water resource consultants (Technical Services Division) conduct field analyses of landscape, golf and agricultural irrigation systems, horticulture and arboriculture practices, analyze water sheds and water resources, utilize sophisticated analytical tools, provide consulting advice, etc. to the landscape, golf, ag, and governmental communities regarding water conservation and use. Some design services are required, in some cases; most of our design services are handled by our Design Division.
This is an entry level position with considerable long term growth potential and is a 'field services' position requiring about 75% field and 25% office time. The position requires minimal travel as the majority of an employee’s time is spent performing services in their ‘home office’ area. This announcement is for a position in Houston, Texas.
The position requires considerable public speaking activities and excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal). Successful applicants will have a Bachelors degree, or higher, in one of the following degree programs (or equivalent); horticulture, soil science, agricultural engineering, environmental engineering, agronomy, botany, landscape architecture, or similar field of study. Additionally a good driving record, excellent references (at least three), and a can do team oriented mindset are
required. Only positive minded, goal oriented, honest and reliable persons need apply.
