the Office of Sustainability and the Reitz Union Board of Managers are
partnering to offer events open to the campus and greater Gainesville
community.
Starting at 10 AM, stop by the Reitz Union Breezeway for the
inaugural Sustainability Showcase where you
can find out more about different student & community
organizations with a passion for Earth Day and a strong commitment to
sustainability.
At 5 PM, join us in the President’s Ballroom at Emerson Hall
for the Campus Earth Day Keynote Speaker.
Environmental advocate,TV host, author, and social entrepreneur, Philippe Cousteau will be speaking
on the ways he draws motivation from his family legacy to inspire action
for a sustainable planet.
