Exactec in Gainesville is looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER
1. Develop and document processes for the manufacture of production items.
2. Create and execute SOP’s, work instructions, manufacturing test protocols, process verifications, and validations as required.
3. Use quality and statistical tools to solve process issues.
4. Use control processes such as Document Change Notifications to implement process changes.
5. Develop, implement, and track project schedules.
6. Coordinate Manufacturing Projects & provide training to develop team members’ project management skills.
7. Support process validations and process audits and necessary.
8. Know and apply the Part 820 Quality System regulations and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
9. Assist and support other project, tasks, responsibilities, employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
