Job Title: Assistant Store Manager Trainee

Location: Sparr, FL

Salary: DOE, discussed with employer

Full-time: 35+ hours per week

Job Description: Individual will encourage a selling environment within the store by providing leadership and training to associates on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and customer service. Position responsible for maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications:

· Retail and Supervisory experience favored; hardware, agriculture and/or building material knowledge preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

· Proficient in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment while working in outdoor/indoor conditions.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
