Job Summary: The St. John’s River Water Management District is currently seeking Undergraduate Junior-Senior level student applicants for a Spring 2017 paid internship with the Bureau of Watershed Management and Modeling. The selected student will help in collection and processing of watershed nutrient loading data in anticipation of upcoming hydrologic modeling efforts along the St. John’s River. The student will gain proficiency in general data analysis and ArcGIS.
Criteria for student eligibility for the program:
• Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA
• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level degree-seeking program accredited through a regional academic accreditation agency
• Have sufficient transportation for travel to Palatka at minimum 1 day a week
