As part of Florida
Food Waste Prevention Week, all university and high school students are
invited to join the Food Future Hackathon. This virtual event, occurring March
12-14, 2021, will bring our youth to the table to create solutions for reducing
food waste. Food waste is a solvable problem, and we need all-hands-on-deck to
succeed. We need your help in spreading the word to your students. Please
encourage them to form a team and sign up today at Food
Future Hack website. A shareable flyer is attached.
The community has come together to make this event a reality. We hope you will join us, too. To learn how you can get involved, visit https://www.foodfuturehack.com/.
Please feel free to reach out to us at info@foodfuturehack.com with any
questions.
Scholarships, awards, internships, meetings and other opportunities for BE and AOM students in the UF-ABE Department.
