FOS4435C (Food
Product Development) is traditionally the capstone course for Food
Science majors. However, the course is a great option for students
interested in the consumer goods product development process.
Despite the Food Science pre-requisite, the professor will allow
other majors to add the class. Students are welcome to speak with Dr.
Goodrich about their unique background if they are concerned about success in
the class.
