MBC is an engineering consulting firm founded in Broward County, Florida, in February 2006. MBC
offers environmental consulting, engineering design, and construction administration services related
to potable water and wastewater treatment systems, pumping and transmission systems, and utility
infrastructure, hydraulic modeling, as well as permitting and regulatory compliance consulting.
The expected qualities of a candidate include:
· Interest in water and wastewater treatment design and construction administration.
· Skilled in AutoCAD (3D preferred).
· Academic background in hydraulics.
· Ability to work 20 to 40 hours a week in our Fort Lauderdale office.
· Undergraduate and Graduate students will be considered (3rd and 4th year preferred).
The position would entail daily involvement with the Project Manager on a variety of municipal contracts featuring water treatment design, wastewater treatment plant design/build project, chemical feed system design, and water resources related projects.
