Technical position for research, extension, and teaching of water resources (quantity and quality) and associated ecology linkages related to agricultural and biological systems. The incumbent will be responsible for designing the measurement systems for water and chemical fluxes to and from natural systems, developing and implementing construction plans for water resources projects, carrying out field and laboratory experiments related to water resources, research/extension projects, analyzing data and assisting and writing technical reports, scientific publications and contributing to education of graduate students or post-doctoral associates. The responsibilities will include co-development of grant funding proposals with the program leader.
MS or BS in agricultural biological/civil/environmental/chemical or other engineering or related sciences preferred.
