POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: **This position requires one who is multi-task
oriented and a team player.
• Develop competencies for all processes within the sow farm and finishing.
• Schedule and coordinates daily and weekly tasks with the Barn Manager,
Department Leads and staff.
• Conducts a weekly review of departmental performance.
• Keeps accurate records and submits them in a timely manner to the Barn Manager
and Department Lead.
• Ensure all established processes are being followed by all team members.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree required in an agricultural related field or minimum of 3 years
swine industry experience.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must understand that the Company is a producer of high quality pork and be
supportive of the mission of raising swine for meat.
