Ensuring the execution of the sales, expense and profitability targets established for the assigned by the overall management of its entire organization. Responsible to determinate strategic vision for the organization and for the management and total profitability.
SPECIFIC WORK ACTIVITIES
• Controlling the production
• Technical support
• Deciding budgets
• Managing and coordinating sales/marketing: developing sales strategies and setting
sales targets, acquiring in depth-knowledge about products and markets, understanding customer's needs
• Managing client accounts, dealing with enquiries and orders, advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sale service
• Implementing company policy
• Maintaining a dialogue with headquarters and the board of directors
• Controlling finance
• Monitoring team's performance
• Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations
• Overseeing the sales operation of the company
• Challenging and coaching others to improve their performance, defining job responsibilities, expectations, sets objectives, offers feedback and support.
• Keeping contact with the stakeholders, highest level of key customers and function/authorities relevant to the sector
Education
• University Degree in Agricultural Engineering (or related subjects)
• Executive education in management and Financial.Experience
• Minim: 2 or 3 years in Citrus industry
• Desired: 5 years in Citrus industry.
