This company is a hide processing and leather/finished leather product manufacturer. They are based out of Louisville, KY but have positions and plants all around the country. They are currently looking for an Assistant Plant Manager, but have needs for engineering, marketing, promotion, sales, graphic design, IT, and more.
Position: Assistant General Manager
Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in all areas of the factory operations, Manage the production line according to the GM, Document/ Report on Quality Control, Ensure all machines are operational prior to the team beginning the day production, Operate a forklift/Bobcat, Inventory management, Load and un-load tractor trailers
Date Needed: Immediately
Qualifications: Bi-lingual (SPANISH) preferred, Strong work ethic (Winners mentality), Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Salary/Benefits: Starting Salary: 30-35K with a Review after 3 months. (Salary & Benefits to be determined based on Qualifications).
