Agricultural Sciences Professional Internship Offerings at Walt Disney World

The Agricultural Sciences team is looking for undergraduate college students and recent graduates who have received their Bachelors’ degree within 12 months of our internships’ start dates to participate in our fun and challenging six-month hands-on internship in several different agricultural and science education fields including Plant Science, Entomology, Biotechnology, and Aquaculture.

We are currently looking for students to fill internships for the Fall 2020 term (June 2020 – January 2020).

Desired majors include but are not limited to: Ag. Communication, Ag. Education, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Agronomy, Aquaculture, Aquatic Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Botany, Crop Science, Biological and Biosystems/Agricultural Engineering, Entomology, Environmental Horticulture, Fisheries, Food Science, Horticulture, Landscape Design, Marine Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Ornamental Horticulture, and Plant Science.

Paid Summer Research Internships Available at Miner Institute

Applications for paid summer 2020 internships with the Miner Institute are now open. Miner Institute conducts practical research on the dairy-crop interface, equine reproduction and management, and environmental conservation. Its research activities combine a global perspective with a regional application.

University Scholars 2020-2021 Applications OPEN

CALS is seeking applications for the University Scholars Program. Undergraduates who wish to conduct research with a faculty member in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (this includes the School of Forest Resources and Conservation and School of Natural Resources and Environment) are eligible to compete for this award. Students should complete the University Scholars’ Program application and submit to the Dean's office.
