Suwannee Valley Feed - Mill Supervisor position

The Mill Supervisor works directly with and reports to the Mill Manager. The position is responsible for managing facilities and personnel to produce animal feed as efficiently as possible while meeting all of Suwannee Valley Feed’s performance guidelines. In general, this position is responsible for setting performance standards, managing labor costs, complying with SVF’s Food Safety & 
Operational Safety Plans, and developing organizational culture.

We are looking for someone that is motivated, can work independently, and understands how to manage & influence people. The position includes a training period in which we will teach them how to operate the entire plant.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $48,100.00 paid bi-weekly
Variable Quarterly Bonus: non-guaranteed quarterly maximum of $2,500.00
