Co-op Opportunities - Candidates apply for one overall Supply Chain/Operations Co-op requisition making them eligible for multiple Johnson & Johnson company opportunities within Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing (MAKE)/Planning (PLAN)/Procurement (SOURCE)/Distribution (DELIVER). These individual departmental openings provide Co-Ops with a six-month opportunity to become an integral part of their respective departments. Each co-op is responsible for both supporting base business tactically through report generation, analysis and strategically through idea generation and innovation. Co-ops will have the opportunity to work on and lead cross-functional project teams which support current business requirements. Co-ops will be part of a structured co-op program, which consists of a formal mentoring program, visibility to upper management, professional training and networking opportunities.
Co-ops opportunities offer skill building in - Supports systems and processes related to Supply Chain business planning, administers internal websites, maintains custom built MS Office applications, develops business solutions using automation, and identifies new software or applications for use in everyday work. Create Ad Hoc Database Queries· Organize the collaboration of reports summarizing financial, operational, and performance metrics. Create new dynamic reporting tools through VBA Programming to support the Supply Chain National Planning Organization. Complete operational case studies and propose process improvements that drive cost reductions and service improvements. Work with the Distribution Center to provide optimization analysis and hands on process improvements.
