The Farm Business Manager
Responsible for the organization of a farm’s resources in order to achieve the organization’s business goals. The Farm Business Manager applies good management skills and sound knowledge of economic principles, tying all aspects of the farm business together.
Facility, Farm Equipment and Maintenance Supervisor
This hands-on supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all farm equipment and the seed plant, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities, office and housing complex at El Nino Farm. This incumbent manages a senior farm equipment mechanic.
