Florida Alternative Breaks, or FAB, is a
University of Florida student-led organization that sends out
service-learning trips based on specific social issues during academic
breaks.
Learning Partners contribute to pre-trip
education and in-trip learning facilitation through their life experience
and, perhaps, a particular expertise in a relevant subject area. The most
effective Learning Partner serves as a resource about the social issue,
geographic location and/or language.
