Texas A&M Study Abroad for ABE students

Biological and Agricultural Engineering students are invited to participate in the Belgium Environmental Science and Engineering Study Abroad program offered by the Biological and Agricultural Engineering Department at Texas A&M University. Attached is a tri-fold brochure and flyer with information about the Belgium Study Abroad program and a letter to non-Texas A&M students with details about how to apply and costs for the program.

The Belgium Program is offered annually during the 2nd summer session and this year the dates are July 5 to August 11, 2017. Students take two, three hour engineering classes, BAEN 460 (Principles of Environmental Hydrology) and BAEN 465 (Design of Biological Waste Treatment Systems). Students not from Texas A&M sign-up for equivalent classes in their home department. Attached are the syllabi for BAEN 460 and 465 to aid in determining equivalent classes. Also attached is the course schedule from the 2016 program to provide additional information about the field trips and seminar speakers on the program.

Contact Robin Snyder if you would like additional information sent to you.
