Fall 2016 Outstanding Leader Awards-Graduating Seniors

The UF Alumni Association is looking for candidates for the Fall 2016 Outstanding Leader Awards. Applications should be submitted by undergraduate seniors who have applied for graduation this semester.

Recipients of the Outstanding Leader Award are featured in the commencement program and
graduation ceremony processional. They are introduced and recognized by the UFAA president and are invited to sit on the platform as distinguished guests during the program.

Applicants will submit the application form and supporting materials, as well as a letter of
recommendation from at least one UF affiliate. Up to two additional letters of recommendation may also be submitted. In addition, applicants must be in good standing with the university and have an overall GPA of 3.0 or above.

The deadline for the Fall 2016 semester's application is Friday, September 30 at 12:00 p.m.

Each applicant should complete and submit the following:

* Application form and supporting materials as requested
* At least 1 UF-affiliated recommendation letter
* Leadership resume
