The Farm Manager will play a critical role around three areas:
- They will help to roll out a full regenerative farming system throughout the 105 farm.
- They will co-lead the build out of three test plots—each serving a different purpose, and together contributing to bountiful food production throughout the farm.
- They will play a vital role in developing replicable blueprints that neighboring conventional farmers in this bioregion could apply to their own land.
