IoPP's 2015 Packaging Education Scholarship Fund

IoPP is pleased to offer six academic scholarships to exceptional students headed for careers in the packaging field.

Career starting opportunities
Through PepsiCo R&D, the Contract Packaging Association and IoPP Benefactor, Chapter and Technical Committee support, these scholarships have been created to elevate packaging education by raising awareness of packaging as a career choice.

As an added bonus, the talent identified through this program will be shared with IoPP Benefactor companies as a recruiting tool for their organizations. This could be that post-graduation foot in the door that jump-starts careers!

The following scholarships are currently available for 2015:

PepsiCo R&D Scholarship:
$5,000 - 1 available
Must be a Junior or Senior as of the fall of 2015 enrolled in an accredited college, university or vocational/technical school in a course of study relevant to a career in the packaging industry.

IoPP Packaging Education Scholarship:
$2,500 - 4 available
Must be a Junior or Senior as of the fall of 2015 enrolled in an accredited college, university or vocational/technical school in a course of study relevant to a career in the packaging industry.

Contract Packaging Association Packaging Machinery Scholarship:
$2,500 - 1 available
Must be a student as of the fall of 2015, enrolled in an accredited college/university or vocational/training school with a technical or mechanical degree focus in packaging machinery or systems.

All supporting application materials must be completed and postmarked no later than April 10, 2015. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Scholarship recipients will be recognized at an IoPP-hosted special event awards reception in late spring.
