As a Agricultural/Civil Engineer (Recent Graduate), you will be performing the following duties under direct supervision; Assignments will be developmental in nature and will assist the employee gain the competencies necessary for a career:

• Assist in the planning, design and construction of engineering practices.
• Assists in the interpreting of plans and specifications for contractors.
• Develops preliminary designs for structures of varying engineering complexity.
• Makes site investigations and field checks designs as prepared/approved by the State Conservation Engineer of structural works in improvement.
• Recommends changes in designs, specifications, and schedules to accommodate conditions at construction site, availability of materials or to expedite construction.
