CEO Challenge 2018

The Global CEO Challenge is a series of case competitions, starting online and ending with a global competition in Panama City. Students from any school can participate and are invited to put together diverse teams of 3-4 in order to compete. They will first compete in a 75 minute online case study. The top 5 teams from the online competition in North America will then be flown to Cincinnati on March 22-23 for the regional finals where they will be given another case and asked to present their recommendations to a panel of P&G judges.

Sign Up & Online Case – December 1 – February 23

North America Final – March 22-23 
Top 5 teams will be invited to the Regional Final, where they will work to solve the Offline Case, presenting their business proposals to the Hair Care Judge Panel.

Global Final – May 14-17 
Winners from each of the four regions participating will fly to Panama, to join the Global Final and compete for the Big Prize:

The winners from the Global Final in Panama will be invited to the Conference P&G Signal 2018, in Cincinnati in Mid-July 2018. Signal is the annual conference organized by P&G, where it joins its partners to share information and get insights on how innovation is impacting today’s business, in order to win in the Future. The CEO Challenge Global winners will get this chance to meet David Taylor and other members of the Executive Board of P&G, as well as executives from other Companies!

Participation Restrictions

  • No competition team is allowed to be coached or instructed throughout the competition process. They need to answer questions on their own.
  • Any team that appears to have received outside assistance, from anyone, in preparation or presentation of their answers, will be automatically disqualified.
