 Personal Investing - Customer Relationship Advocate and Workplace Planning Associate (Full-time – start dates ongoing)

Interact with customers via inbound calls, responding to requests for information and assistance with their brokerage accounts. Engage and educate customers to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation and will lead to the greatest level of financial success. Facilitate timely, accurate and efficient transactions and trade mutual funds on the NYSE. Obtain Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses.

  • Experience in service, healthcare, or hospitality in people facing industries
  • Interest in finance, investing, economic trends
  • Strong communication skills
