This class is a hands-on course designed for students who want experience working in community food systems. The course will focus on developing the UF Community Farm gardens infrastructure and programming. Students will interact with diverse stakeholders at UF and in our local community. Students can expect to gain skills in project planning, facilitation, program development, and sustainable garden design and implementation. In addition to classroom work and individual/group projects, we will regularly work at the UF Community Farm as part of the class.
